Tonight Anna was drawing and she drew these wonderful little creatures. (She dubbed them two bears and a spider.) These are her first drawings where she really intentionally made eyes, a nose, a mouth, etc. It was very fun to watch.
When she was done drawing, Maria signed “Anna” on a drawing for her. Then Anna said “I’ll help you write your name, Mom!” And nonchalantly wrote her first word.
You have a very advanced artist under three!
This bodes well for school…gifted classes for sure.
She is fortunate to have parents who provide opportunities
for expression and creativity.
